Safety yellow painted installation of reflective ‘prismatic’ foil cutouts, hung in front of a group of drawings and gouaches by Theo van Doesburg. Titled ‘ACT’, the intervention of cutouts in Centraal Museum, Utrecht which later toured to EMST, Athens, placed a yellow vest demonstration, including protesters and police, in dialogue with the legacy of Modernism. Viewers were invited to photograph the work using flash, animating the installation by further masking Van Doesburg’s work.
